Want to humanize your brand? The best way to do that is through storytelling. I excel in helping brands find the stories they didn’t know they had.

Why storytelling? Storytelling is a crucial way to connect with our target audiences. Human brains relate best to characters, focusing on the thoughts and feelings of the protagonist of each story, according to research published in the Journal of Cognitive Neuroscience in 2018.

In 2019, I launched TTCU’s member stories project. As a credit union, TTCU is constantly emphasizing its not-for-profit, member-owned status, but what does that mean in the members’ day-to-day lives? I wanted to find and tell those stories. Each story centered the member and how TTCU helped them achieve their financial dreams. These customer testimonials help build trust in the brand.
